Crab Casserole by Genevieve Beatty From The Beattyville Women’s Club Cookbook via 1970
1 can white crab meat
3 hard cooked eggs
1/2 pt mayo
2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbs minced onion
1/2 cup milk
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
