April 14, 2025

The Lee County Sheriff's Office said its detectives were conducting a death investigation Saturday in Lehigh Acres.

"This is an isolated incident with no concern to the public," the agency said in a statement of its efforts at 608 Joel Blvd.

County government public records show the owners of the Beach Club Colony condo as William and Nancy Moore. It was sold for $75,900 in 2004, according to Realtor.com.

Authorities had no further information on the ongoing investigation.
